在北京核心区，清筑建筑已完成十余个城市更新项目，从产权、居住人群、院落规模等角度进行了不同方向的尝试，自营更新项目以微更新为起点逐步形成连片效应，引导居民主动参与老城更新。清筑建筑已连续三年参加北京国际设计周，2018年组织策划的“共生——家具设计与区域文化作品展”，以家具设计与胡同文化为例思考现代设计与区域文化的共生，成为探索老城生活方式的示范性展览。

Qingzhu Architects has participated in Beijing International Design Week for three consecutive years, organized and planned the "Symbiosis-Furniture Design and Regional Cultural Works Exhibition" in 2018, taking furniture design and Hutong culture as an example to consider the symbiosis of modern design and regional culture, which has become an exploration demonstration exhibition of old city lifestyle.
